To lease "Alternative Uses", for several of their Michigan Malls.
Bieri Company will lease to non-retail uses, such as offices, schools, medical facilities, public health care facilities and other uses not typically found in regional shopping centers, for the following centers: Meridian Mall, Okemos, MI; The Lakes Mall, Muskegon Mil; Laurel Park Place, Livonia, Mi; Midland Mall, Midland, Mi; Fashion Square, Saginaw, Mi.
