Patrick McPhail joined Stokas Bieri in August 2005 as senior leasing consultant, concentrating on project leasing and national tenant representation.

After earning a bachelor's degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University in 1972, Mr. McPhail spent 27 years with the Taubman Company, first in the center planning department and later in store planning where he was responsible for tenant store design. He then joined the leasing department where he was responsible for leasing all Taubman centers. Later, in a management role, he was responsible for all third-party leasing including the General Motors Pension Trust portfolio of ten centers. During this period, his managed projects consistently exceeded occupancy and income corporate goals.

Mr. McPhail is licensed in architecture, building and real estate. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
