Bieri Company (formed in 1976) became a national leader in retail real estate consulting. Stokas Realty Advisors (SRA) was formed in December 2001 to service the real estate needs of retailers throughout the State of Michigan. Jim Stokas, the Principal of SRA has 26 years of exclusively retail real estate experience. Prior to forming SRA, Stokas was Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Companies. SRA maintained the highest standards of service, aligning itself with quality retailers, resulting in a stellar reputation with both local and regional developers and landowners.
